This tracker shows neither your account of the facts, nor your contact details, nor officers' notes: those remain in the case file, access to which is limited to authorised officers and logged. A lost reference number cannot be recovered, precisely because retrieving it would mean identifying you: keep a copy, or file again citing the same facts.
This channel does not follow the ordinary procedure, and that is deliberate. The survivor decides what is shared and with whom: nothing is passed on without their informed consent, identity is optional, and no data appears in statistics or anywhere else on this site. The priority is not case investigation but referral to services — medical, psychosocial, legal — within 24 hours. No export, no copy.
