In French and English for now; national languages are planned. A report of sexual exploitation, abuse or harassment is filed here, under its own category: the case is then siloed and only the people designated for such situations can access it.

This tracker shows neither your account of the facts, nor your contact details, nor officers' notes: those remain in the case file, access to which is limited to authorised officers and logged. A lost reference number cannot be recovered, precisely because retrieving it would mean identifying you: keep a copy, or file again citing the same facts.
This channel does not follow the ordinary procedure, and that is deliberate. The report is filed with the form above, under the SEA/SH category that the button preselects: no name is asked for, a few words are enough, no evidence is required. The case is siloed at once: the team handling other grievances sees it neither in its list nor in its counters, and only the people designated by the Unit, around the GBV/SEA specialist, can open it. The survivor decides what is shared and with whom: nothing is passed on without their informed consent, and tracking by reference number shows neither the nature of the facts nor the account. The priority is not case investigation but referral to medical, psychosocial and legal services, within 24 hours.
