No payment is ever settled hand to hand. Everything concerning a UGPTN bidding document happens on the platform and nowhere else: anyone asking you for money in cash or into a personal account is not acting for us.
What changes for users: institutions connected, procedures that no longer require a journey, skills trained. And what is holding, when it is.

Registration is open to any company, Congolese or foreign. It commits you to nothing: it gives you access to the bidding documents and makes you receive the addenda that amend them.
A name, an email address, a password. A six-digit code reaches you and confirms the address: until it is confirmed, the account opens nothing. It is through this address that addenda and answers to questions will travel.
The account is personal, the company is not. You enter its legal identity — name, trade register number, national ID — then invite your colleagues with their roles. The company thus outlives whoever registered it.
In one click, on every open notice. The withdrawal enters you in the register: you will receive every addendum and every published answer, and you will be able to prove which version of the file you hold.
Online submission will open shortly. Until then, bids are delivered as stated on each notice. Publish first, submit later: no ongoing procedure is put at risk.

One company, one organisation account. Several people attach to it with distinct roles: whoever prepares is not necessarily whoever signs.
Deadlines are binding. The time that counts is the server's, in Kinshasa, and a deadline is postponed only by a published addendum.
